Damaged asbestos containing panels were identified to internal walls and ceilings. The work had to be organised around a large industrial space and a safe return to occupation.
How T&S approached it
T&S built an eight metre scaffold platform, established controlled work areas with airlocks and extraction, and removed the affected material under the project controls.
What followed
The affected areas were made safe for reoccupation following the removal and clearance process.
